The short version
The free report is simple: join our newsletter and we send you a report. No charge, and you can unsubscribe anytime. The paid membership gives you the full action plan and ongoing tracking, and our results guarantee depends on one thing: you actually implementing the recommended actions. AI visibility improves when the work gets done.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetAIVisibility ("GetAIVisibility", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Pinnacle Tech Projects in Ontario, Canada. By using the site, requesting a report, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What GetAIVisibility does
GetAIVisibility measures how often AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude) name or cite your business when people ask buyer-style questions, and — for paid members — provides a ranked action plan and ongoing tracking to help you improve that visibility. It is a measurement and guidance tool. It is not an agency service, and it does not perform the recommended work for you unless you have a separate written agreement.
Free reports
You may request a free AI visibility report for a business you own or are authorized to represent. The free report is provided at no charge in exchange for subscribing to the GetAIVisibility newsletter. When you request your report, you're joining our newsletter, and we'll email you AI-visibility tips and updates alongside your report. You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not affect a report you have already received.
- What it includes: your current visibility score, a competitor and citation snapshot, and breakdowns by engine and by question.
- What it does not include: the ranked action plan and the detailed recommendations, which are part of paid membership. A free report may tell you how many priority actions exist, but not what they are.
- Fair use: free reports are limited to one per business/email within each eligibility window, and we may apply rate limits to keep the service available for everyone.
- Provided "as is": the free report is offered as-is in exchange for your newsletter subscription, and we may change, limit, or discontinue the free tier at any time.
Paid membership
The AI Visibility Retainer is a paid subscription that unlocks your full history, the complete ranked action plan, the evidence behind each recommendation, proof-of-completion tracking, ongoing scans across four AI engines, and members-only office hours.
- Price and billing: $299 CAD per month, billed through Stripe, recurring until you cancel. Any promotional offer (such as a free month) applies as described at checkout.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a completed billing period except as described in the guarantee below or as required by law.
- Taxes: prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added.
Results depend on you doing the work
This is the most important thing to understand about the paid service. GetAIVisibility measures your AI visibility and tells you, in priority order, what to fix. It does not change your visibility on its own. Improvement comes from implementing the recommended actions — updating your site, claiming and improving the listings and directories AI relies on, publishing the right content, and so on.
We do not control AI systems, search engines, directories, review platforms, or any third-party website, and those systems change on their own schedules. Because of this, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific score, ranking, or outcome simply from subscribing. What we guarantee is tied to the work actually being done.
90-day results guarantee
If, within your first 90 days as a paid member, you complete every priority action on your dashboard and upload the required proof of completion, and your tracked AI visibility still shows no measurable improvement, we will make it right — either a full refund of your membership fees or continued work at no charge until your tracked visibility improves, at our discretion and as described at checkout.
The guarantee does not apply if the recommended priority actions are not completed, if proof of completion is not provided, or where visibility is affected by factors outside the action plan (for example, removing your own content, or changes you or third parties make independently).
How we measure
Our scores come from running buyer-style questions through AI engines using a consistent testing method. API-based benchmark results provide a stable, repeatable measurement, and may differ from what you see in consumer AI apps, which can vary by model version, freshness, personalization, retrieval, and location. Measurement is made in good faith using our methodology, and forms the basis for any guarantee determination.
Acceptable use
- Only submit businesses you own or are authorized to represent.
- Do not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the scanner, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not attempt to access reports, action plans, or accounts that are not yours.
- Do not resell, relabel, or redistribute reports unless you have a separate written agency or white-label agreement with us.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying methodology or software.
Your content and our property
You keep ownership of the business information you provide, and your reports are yours to use for your business. The GetAIVisibility platform, methodology, scoring, software, and branding remain our property. We may use aggregated, de-identified data (that does not identify you) to improve the service.
Disclaimers
The service and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that any particular visibility, ranking, traffic, or business outcome will be achieved. Reports are informational and advisory; you are responsible for decisions you make based on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAIVisibility and Pinnacle Tech Projects will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it. In short: we do not sell your data and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the service. You may stop using the service at any time; paid members can cancel their subscription as described above.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
